I have been experiencing near syncope with orthostatic blood pressure and shortness of breath. Which means when I stand up from a sitting or lying down position my blood pressure drops so low I almost faint. It got so bad, along with shortness of breath, yesterday I went to the emergency room. Has anyone else been experiencing this or heard of this during first trimester pregnancy? It makes me very nervous.......
