Gut Feeling

Usually everything seems to be perfect but lately something just seems off with my SO. Like he's hiding something or cheating. It happens every now and then but then usually the feeling goes away for a while but this time it seems different. I guess I'm asking can my gut feeling be right and it's not all it seems to be? We live together, are engaged, and are expecting our first baby in August.
