Dog jumped on stomach 😬

As I was laying on the couch, my 32 pound dog ran across me and pushed off of my lower stomach. It instantly hurt. This was about 5 minutes ago, and I'm still having pain in that area, which has turned into a shooting pain down towards my vagina. I'm 17 weeks. Does anyone's have any idea if I should be okay??
