how painful are your cramps?

I've been in pain since conception, but it changes in type from day to day. some are sharp and near my ovaries, others is just general soreness and tenderness all over, others are like pressure, and today they are just like menstrual cramps but no blood. Anybody else? I am 5w3d.

I'm exactly the same. I think the knowing is the hardest part and sometimes you start overthinking things! 🤞 fingers crossed everything is ok ♥️

I kept reading "mild cramps" were normal and it was totally freaking me out because although they're tolerable, they're definitely noticeable. I spent about three days expecting blood every time I went to the bathroom.

I had cramping week 4/5 an they literally would hurt. It was like a period cramp and it was kinda painful. I was told as long as I don't feel like I'm dying or blood it's ok. I'm only 6w2d had my first ultrasound at 4w6d and everything looked good! Go back for my next ultrasound on the 24th!

I had mild cramping with my first two during early pregnancy. So far none this time (4w3d) so we shall see. Its because of the implanting and the uterus changing and adjusting. It'll go away eventually and then become Braxton hicks 😂
