please help please

i am almost 7 weeks late i am never this late even if i am stressed or not they are normally regular last time i was this late i was pregnant i have took test and they have been negative last one i took was 3 weeks or so ago and it was a cheap one and it wasn't morning pee i haven't been having many symptoms the only ones i really have had was was before i was late i had pain in my lower stomach not cramping. just pain like sharp pains Somtimesand just hurting nothing to bad and i had white thick discharge. and i feel nauseous like everything is bluhh....i felt bloated with a lot of gas that was before my missed period now i juat fell bloated and a little nauseous thats it .....what should i do could i stil be pregnant please help...opinions please
