Guys I took my birth control pill at 9:30. It's currently 10:40.

I've started developing a lactose intolerance to milk/ other dairys. Today I had cereal because there was nothing else in the house to eat. I regret.

I just had some lose stool... not watery, but not solid either. Am I still covered for birth control? I heard it has to be severe diarrhea- like food poisoning.

It's really just an upset stomach.

Update: I messaged Walgreens pharmacist line and the pharmacist said it won't alter the effectiveness
