So I know it's very unlikely that I could even get pregnant, but I know there's a chance.

I've been having symptoms of a miscarriage, but I don't want to be over reacting.

I know periods change after getting an IUD AND having a baby (baby born in Jan, Liletta IUD placed in about April-ish).

How do I KNOW if I've had a miscarriage? Is that something I am supposed to see my OB about?

I have miscarried before, but I didn't have an IUD then. I am worried, but is there anything that medically could be wrong to where I should be worried?

I don't know if this is where I'd ask this.

In no way am I trying to offend anyone, so I apologize if it seems that way. I'm trying not to get worked up any further, as I tend to overthink, so I'm trying to be calm in asking.
