Is it a good thing or bad thing

So lately I've been getting this certain attention from people. I don't really know id its good or bad. This has been happening by females( like studs and dykes) and also males. They'll look at me then walk up and say fuck under there breath then walk away. This has been happening for the past month now. Are they whispering fuck under there breath as a good thing or bad thing? Im kind of confused hopefully its a good thing. Lately I've been thinking "aye im the shit or aye im bomb asf" Does it mean what i think?
