Prenatal?

So I'm not pregnant but my doctor told me to take prenatal vitamins. I got my period this month but it only lasted 2 days. Can this affect my period? I've asked and they said no but has anyone had this problem before?

This was my first month on prenatals and my period was 14 days late....it's also been relatively light....it's weird but hey my hair skin and nails are super healthy right now!!!

I swear my first month on prenatal vitamins my period was short and early so despite what people say, I totally thinks its possible.
