Newborn breastfeeding 13 hours straight

Something's not right. My baby is 11 days old .I started feeding her at 8pm last night and it's now 9am and she's been on my breast all night , give or take a few minutes in between. She just won't settle, she has a wheezy type sound whilst shes doing it and is constantly moving in between I feel something is bothering her, does anyone have any suggestions I'm going crazy here..
