anyone with fiancés in the marines or military?

hey!! just wondering if there's any young moms with significant others that are deployed in the marines or another branch of the military that has any advice for me! My fiancé is going to be deployed in a month and I have our 2 year old daughter at home and another baby on the way so I'm super nervous!!! Any advice? Thanks!!

My fiancé is in the air force and is currently deployed for the second time while we've been together! I found out I was pregnant a week after he left. I'm 8w2d now. He comes home 3 weeks before my due date! It was hard not having him there for my first appointment and I can only imagine it's gonna get harder. A little part of me is happy he's gone for all my hormonal mood swings though lol. It makes me feel better knowing that what he's doing for our country is far more important than watching me get fat and cry all the time even though I wish he was here. You'll miss him a lot but it's not good for the baby for you to be stressed. Try keeping yourself preoccupied by other things and not dwell on the fact he's not there. Time goes by way faster than you think it will! Good luck girl 😘

Hey girl! My husband ( marines) and I (navy) both are and often times we found ourselves on bases at opposite ends of the country. Skype is your best friend!!! Best of luck to you both!! ❤️
