Spit bubbles already?

Question

My baby is just a few days over 2 weeks and she has been sticking her tongue out a lot and having lots of spit bubbles and spit sit on her lips.
Does this mean anything? I always have been under the impression that it means teeth are coming in.

I used the banana toothbrush as a 'teething toy' in the beginning because my son didn't hold toys yet.
 
I do NOT advise any oragel or pain meds until after 3 months AND only with Peditrician a approval.  Most of those are meant for 6+ MONTHS.  
 
She could also just be hitting the phase where she likes playing with her mouth and lips.  My son did that a lot as well.
 
My son has been 'teething' since 2 months old.  He is now 5 1/2 months and still hasn't cut a tooth.  He just has uncomfortable days where he constantly has his teether or a wash cloth in his mouth.

she's just teething doesn't mean they are coming in right away just make sure your able to comfort her with teething toys a dot of oragel on her gums,it's actually better when they drool or spit so they aren't swallowing their own saliva lol my baby boy did that for a bit blowing bubbles now he just screams and goes at it with his teething toys lol
