Body's Reaction to before Periods
Hello -- I wanted to ask do everyone faces similar symptoms 3-4 days prior to periods or is it just me. I am 36yeas and I feel hot just like hot flashes and pain in and around my left boob mostly and fatigue. Now a days I'm noticing heaviness in breathing as well not sure if it's due to stress but it happens almost every month and once it's done I'm normal self.
Should I be concerned or any tips? Thanks in advance
