Today I am 4 days post Provera. I just went to the bathroom, and when I wiped, there were a few light red spots! I have been cramping all morning, so I feel AF is gonna show up today!

As soon as I saw the spotting, I literally threw my hands up in the air and said THANK YOU JESUS because I was so unsure whether or not Provera would actually put me into a period or not! This has boosted my confidence level by a million! 🙌🏻

Once AF comes in all her glory, I have to start taking Femara (aka Letrozole) for CD 3-7.

So here's my question... I've read somewhere that if you start a regular "flow" before 5pm, then you consider that your CD1. If you start flowing after 5pm, you consider the next day CD1. I am so confused! Obviously I have to wait to see if this spotting turns into a flow, but I just need to know what day is considered Day 1 so I know when to take Femara.
