Is this normal??

Might be TMI! I don't think I've had this discharge for this long ever or at least I don't remember having it this long. Is it normal to have that stretchy stringy discharge, usually meaning you're ovulating, for a week? I thought for sure I would have started my period by now. My period was supposed to start on the 10th, then I got my birth control implant removed on the 11th, and I've had this stringy discharge since. Hubs and I have done the deed 3 times with no condoms since removal, too early to get pregnant I think. So that's out of question. Anyone else heard of it lasting so long? Usually it's like a day or two for me, not a week.
