My baby was born almost 2 weeks ago. During delivery I had an episiotomy. My stitches have dissolved now but my vagina has a strong and weird smell. It's so strong that when I go pee my SO can smell it when he comes in after me and he has to spray something to mask the smell. I am not sure if this is just how my blood smells or if I may have an infection. Please help! I would like to avoid calling my OB if I can.
