Bleeding after fingering - please help

I'm on the pill and I've been on it for about 2 weeks. A couple nights ago I was fingered for the first time. I don't think it was super hard because it didn't hurt at the time but yesterday I noticed a little bit of spotting and today it's more. If anyone knows what this could be please let me know. Thanks :)
