So AF started bang on time 6th april which was no suprise as I was on holiday for 2 weeks wen I was fertile nd SO wasn't with me, AF is due to finish friday 10th april nd I want to start using pre-seed for the 1st time so my question is do I use it everytime I BD or just on the days I am fertile??
