Combination feeding?

My baby girl is almost a month old and recently my milk supply has been so low I could barely pump an ounce out >< I got so depressed and stressed I felt like I couldnt even feed my own baby 😭 so I considered giving her both breast milk and formula. I started her on soy formula for sensitive tummies just yesterday. Is this okay? Are there any side effects I should watch out for? How can I balance giving her both? 😦

Pumping isn't a for sure way to tell if you aren't producing .
When I pump I don't get a lot at all - I'm trying to build a small stash. But my babe is pretty much breast fed.
As long as babe has 6 wet diapers min a day and having poops your supply is ok.
You can try oatmeal, increasing your water intake, good healthy fats to help with your supply as well

As said above: pumping isn't an accurate measure. Is bub doing enough wet nappies during the day? If yes; she is getting enough. Are there any issues with her weight gain? If yes; it could be very much worth getting her checked out for a lip or tongue tie by a lactation consultant. 
They go through so many growth spurts at the start. Her nursing actually helps your milk production to establish and will increase to her needs. 
Only a minute percentage of women can't make enough milk for their baby. If baby isn't getting enough then there is almost always an issue with latching and getting the milk transferred properly from your breast to her mouth.

Look up ways to increase your milk supply. Youtube has tons of videos on it! You may not need to supplement.
