Pain with ovulation after paragaurd?

I never had pain during ovulation before, but this is like cramps from hell. Of course I haven't had it that long either though... comments?

A banana helps ive has mine since april of 2015 amd i still get terrible cramps. I cry sometimes . theyre severe but its normal
