Ladies I have a question...

So my friend just recently on Saturday morning broke up with her boyfriend of a month.

She let her emotions get the best of her and said maybe they weren't meant to be together, he took that to mean that they must not be and said, "Let's remain friends."

On Saturday night she texted him that she loved him, he texted back that he loved her too, she then texted him that she was in love with him, he texted her that he was in love with her too, then she said she didn't want to be without him, he then didn't respond,

She tried to call him, and he ignored her call and didn't call back.

(They were suppose to go to an event together) but he texted her the next day (Sunday) and said that he thought it would be best to decline that event and that he would give her ticket to someone else.

She hasn't heard from him since...

Is he done with her?? What should she do?
