I had my twins on 6/12. was not allowed to do skin to skin damn hospital policy was to whisk them away to NICU regardless of their good status and great so far scores. it was 6 hours after birth that I got to see them. it took a full week before I started getting droplets of milk. they were in NICU for 4 and 7weeks. I'm now almost 10w in and barely pump 25-30oz a day. I should be at 50 to keep up. neither will latch :( everyone says my body should keep up but I can't get it to increase no matter how much water oatmeal skin to skin or all that other crap that I do
