So today we went out and bought our handsome man his first big boy bed. He's looking at a lot of room in this full sized bed, but it means he can grow into it and I'm hoping it will last a long time.

We have #2 on the way, and I don't believe in having to buy a brand new crib for this baby. The one we have will do just fine. I know some others buy their babies all new cribs and such , to each their own really 🙂

I'm trying to keep it to the only thing new we need to buy is a dresser and depending on gender, clothing and new bedding.

Either way we start the switch tonight with handsome in his new bed, and il blown away at how great he is doing! He didn't get out of bed once(didn't even fall out... yet lol) he only took 20 minutes to fall asleep. He also did this on his own without anyone in the room.

(Note we have been letting him settle himself for bed for a while now, so him doing it alone in a big bed without hassle is great)

Note we went with a batman theme for his new bedding.
