Is subway okay?

Is it okay to eat subway if I get the sandwich toasted? It sounds really good but I don't want to try if it's still not safe. Dr told me no deli meats unless they are heated up first so I'm not sure if their toasters heat them enough.

I ate toasted subway sandwiches my whole pregnancy and my son turned out perfectly healthy.. FTM your overly cautious it's expected but most things are okay.

Nope, if the meat is contaminated it has to be heated to 165F to kill the bacteria. So cold meat on pizza would be fine but a toaster isn't going to cut it.

subway has been the only thing I can eat the past 3 days. I do get it toasted just because I like it better that way. All I can say is that subway is better than no food BC that's my alternate. Nothing sounds good to me, everything makes me nauseous.
