TAILBONE PAIN, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Question

Since i was about 14 weeks I've been getting some horrible tailbone pain, im now 22 weeks. It hurts when i walk, sit or just simply move around in bed. Anybody else feeling this & have any suggestions to help with it? I've tried Icyhot & it comes back. TIA

37 weeks here. And I've had it almost all of this pregnancy. Your doctor can refer you to physical therapy, and you can go to the chiropractor.

I may not have the best answer for this because I had a different situation, but a few years back I fell down the stairs and hurt my tailbone. One doctor said it was fractured the other said it was bruised, but either way I was in extreme pain trying to move and shift. I found that sitting on butt cushions helped. Those cushions that are oval and have a little hole in the middle. I think some use them for hemmaroids, or you could try the oval pool floats. Those worked for me as well. It might have looked weird to sit in but it helped. Nothing really helped with getting up and sitting back  down, but the butt cushion/pool float did really help me.

I've actually just recently been experiencing the same.. 🤔 34 weeks here, sorry all I can do is comment to follow cause I have no idea either!

have you tried cracking your lower back? I know stupid question. wish I could hel!

Are you currently pregnant or postpartum? If postpartum, you can break it during labor. That's what happened to my friend. Talk to your doctor :)
