I'm wondering how many women out there got pregnant within a year after a bariatric surgery and how long did it take? I'm at about a year out post op from gastric sleeve surgery and am down 102lbs. I was cleared by my obgyn to have my Mirena taken out and we've been trying since May. I'm getting frustrated and a little discouraged and am trying to keep my head up on trying to convince. We tried for about a solid 1.5 yr before my surgery with no luck. I'll be 30 next month and am so ready to be a mommy. Please let me know how long it took after bariatric surgery for you to conceive.
