Unstable/abusive ex still haunting me
Anyone else's mentally unstable/abusive ex still haunting them? What helps you? It's been nearly 7 months since we broke up, but there are some times I get super paranoid about him coming back and hurting me or just haunting my thoughts, even though it was mostly mental and sexual abuse that he did.
