Weight
I really want to lose weight before becoming pregnant - even tho I am already actively TTC.. I should lose a good 40-60 pounds honestly. I'm sure this is everyone's excuse, however, I really don't have much time for a hardcore exercise. I do walk and stand around at my job mostly tho. Also, I'm failing miserably at eating healthier. It's like I take 2 steps forward and 10 steps back. I think I'm just way too stressed out and I'm worried I'll never lose this weight and get pregnant! Help?
