I need help

So I've trying to figure out if I was pregnant or not for the longest and my stomach is hard when touch and I feel like something like a ball sometimes and I don't know how descibe the other one I feel but I'm not crazy I let other people feel it too and they be like Omgsh I feel it too! This morning I woke up thinking I peed myself and I don't what it is because it has like blood streakes on my panties so I googled it this morning and the first this that popped up was something about somebody ra water breaking. This morning I notice I feel relieved but my back is starting too hurt
