My husband and I are divorcing and it's going to be messy.

He is abusive and that's why I left him, while pregnant and flew to my home country the UK. He lives in America.

He works in the Army until November 2017, once he's out he plans to go to uni and have a part time job.

He is threatening to try take FULL CUSTODY of my son because he thinks I'm an " unfit mother ". With no reason to believe or back that up!

He doesn't know this but i have a house now, a 2 bed and also I've got an income. Hes there trying to apparently make me sound unfit as he still thinks I live with my sister in the spare room of her apartment.

do you think hes bluffing because I hurt him by leaving ?

What can I do?

Also he never cared during my pregnancy and hasn't seen the baby
