Ovulation confusion

my last period started on the 4th ended on the 8th, bd for 11 days after once a day mostly, confused as to when I ovulated cause I got a faint line when I did an ov test on the 10th and a faint line yesterday, took a preg test yesterday morning came back neg, yesterday around 6pm I felt like a weird pulsating flutter in my lower right side that lasted til around 8am this morning and it wasn't painful and kind of felt like a similar feeling I had when I conceived my son 3 years ago but lasted way longer then i think it did with my son, but I wasn't paying as much attention to it then than I am now, and now I have no feeling whatsoever, but yesterday evening I felt extremely tired and a little sick of smells and a very very mild headache and had a hot flush for a little while all in one, and my knees were cramping for a few hours also. is there any chance I could of conceived before my ovulation and it's only started to catch up with my body yesterday?
