I still feel the constant hunger at 22.3 weeks. Try to snack on healthy things in between each meal, like fruit, yogurt, nuts, raisins, precut carrots, etc. That way, even if you're snacking in between, you won't be packing on the pounds.

I am 7w+3d and I am starving 24/7
I literally have to have food in my mouth at all times or my stomach grumbles. I can not possibly be this hungry 24/7, can I? Lol.Anyone else going through this? What are you eating to help keep you fuller longer?
