Orgasms during pregnancy

Ok so I am posting this anon because it's kinda embarrassing. A lot of women are saying that having an orgasm can be dangerous and could cause you to go into preterm labor or even miscarry. I wasn't told I am high risk but I can't have sex due to a friable cervix. I'm scared of these orgasm posts on here and BabyCenter.. I had a miscarriage in May and now I'm 12 weeks. The thing is.. which is embarrassing.. I've orgasmed in my sleep quite a few times before pregnancy and I'm terrified it's going to happen again and cause problems in my pregnancy and I just can't control them.....I'd love your thoughts on all this since everything else I read says don't have an orgasm.
