Opinions right, left and centre!

How have people dealt with this in pregnancy? I just can't understand it. 'You'll be fed up soon', 'you're so tiny', 'you don't even look pregnant', 'your boobs are hanging low', 'your boobs are massive'... For goodness sake. All these people who know so much more about my body and my pregnancy than my midwife, my husband and I. No nasty comments please. I think it's rude and unnecessary to comment on someone's body or pregnancy when it's uninvited. I absolutely wouldn't. I just would like some advice on how to deal with all this.
