Is Advocare worth the try?

I have been trying to research it, but first I want to know if it's even worth looking up.

It is very expensive, but that stuff works! You will feel amazing while you do the 24 day challenge. Make sure you are eating according to their plan and take the supplements at the correct times, or you may feel sick. My husband and I do a 24 day challenge a few times a year to reboot our metabolism, especially after overindulging during holidays. Good luck!

I've tried it. It works for some people, but it has to be a life change or you'll gain the weight back, and possibly more. However, I still you the spark when I work night shift. It's absolutely amazing!

A friend of mine is currently doing their 24 day whatever lol. She's at day 17 I think and is down 12lbs and days she feels great.

I personally would never use it, way too expensive and I don't think it's healthy too loose weight that fast. Her results are great though.
