How often do you go?

I work in a pretty sedentary environment (cube farm, great benefits) and I drink 2-4 liters of water a day. At work, from 8-5 i drink a little over 2 litres. I've noticed that I go to the bathroom WAYY more than my other coworkers throughout the day and I can't find any stats online about average bathroom use, but I go anywhere from 6-10 times a day. Days where I take any pre/post work out I'll go more.

Being pregnant I go over ten times an hour lmao!! But before pregnancy I went around 6-10 times a day. Keep that up drinking water is amazing for you it will flush out all your toxins in your body keep you feeling good!! Wish I could drink that much water a day haha.

I've recently been going a lot more than I used to and when I have to go I have to go. I don't hold it purposefully it just seems like my body only alerts me when I really need to go.

I try to get 100-128oz of water a day. Getting 66-88oz at work with my 22oz water bottle... I go at least 3 or 4 times at work... In the morning I go once before leaving home. I go before or right after supper (my evening meal, aka dinner) and I go once or twice before bed or in the night. I think going 6 to 10 times a day is normal. Staying hydrated is important!!

I can drink one of those big water jugs.. the 5 gallon ones.. in a week. So I drink ridiculous amounts of water. I feel like like have to pee every hour.

I have a fibroid tumor sitting on my bladder, so that causes me to go an absurd amount of times. I've never counted but I know it's easily twice as much as everyone I hang out with 😳

I am horrible at consuming the amount of water I should but when I do it feels like I'm going all the time. You also gotta take into account that not everyone has the same sizes bladder and can't hold as much as the other.
