Awesome Resource for Dos and Don'ts in Pregnancy

Hey guys!!  Kaiaer just sent me over to a great resource called the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists who are all the folk who study birth defects and whether something can increase the baseline likelihood of a defect.  The website is mothertobaby.org and they have a phone line and chat function so you can ask whatever question your heart desires to know!  The chat counselor can research accredited studies on the topic you need help with quickly and give you the results where it would take us non scientists a long while to find those studies.  Just wanted to let everyone know 😁
