Omega 3 supplement and prenatal?

These are the prenatal vitamins I picked up and I also have the fish oil. Has anyone taken fish oil before in early pregnancy?

DHA or omega-3 helps with baby's brain development so it is recommended that you take it but not absolutely necessary. There are some brands out there that do not have a taste, I use Nordic and it has worked out for me so far 😊

The doctor I went to before I switched told me I had to take them because I hate seafood. Come to find out I didn't need to take those stupid things and those were what was making sick all the time! The taste of those pills coming back up was so bad I threw up even more from it lol sorry for the tmi, can you tell I don't like fish oil pills? You will be fine if you just take your prenatals, but it's your choice! Everyone is different😊
