39 weeks and so ready... anyone feeling like this?

I'm ready for my baby to be born and stop being pregnant.. My skin is so itchy all over my body I can't stop scratching myself, the stretch marks on my belly hurts, I have diarrhea and everything upsets my stomach no matter how careful I am and I can barely eat. Baby gets in awkward positions and hurts like hell. I'm barely sleeping and even walking hurts. My face, hands and feet are so swollen... Just want to meet my little one. I feel like he grew more than what my body can take
