Peeing while puking?!

Has anyone else gone through this?? I'm a bit over 17 weeks and although I haven't had much morning sickness, I notice (obvi) that a little pee comes out when I vomit. Doesn't matter if I'm sitting or standing. This has happened about 4-5 times now and it's embarrassing. I'm worried that if I get sick somewhere public I'm gonna pee myself too, lol. Haven't had any issues, no uti or bladder leakage in the past, it's just when the pressure of puking is on my belly.
