IUD or Nuva Ring?

So I recently got off the Nuva Ring. I thought I wanted to have kids right now but I'm not ready. (long story) I want to get back on birth control. I know that when I got of the Nuva Ring I had a very hard time because of all ther hormones. I got sick for a few days maybe more than a week, but it was so bad I thought I was pregnant right away. I'm debating whether I should bite the bullet and go back on it or try out an IUD. i eventually want kids just not at this moment so i couldn't imagine getting of the Nuva ring again. Also, I'm having marital problems and am really unsure of our future. So I need something that i don't need to worry about. My options are Mirena or Kyleena...Help, I need advice! thanks!
