Not wanting to conceive after two miscarriages.

Had my second miscarriage on my birthday in March first one was in August 14. I have pcos and recently found a large bald spot on the back of my head. Both of my babies developed a beating heart but didn't stay with me, the first one made it to 8+2 weeks and the second one only 6+4. I have no desire to get pregnant again but it used to be all I thought about. I don't even know what to do
