I had my first ultra sound today and they found the sac but no baby. I know this can be common when you are around 6 weeks but has anyone heard of this happening at the 8 week mark? He said I might just not be developing normally and everything could work out but he also told me I may miscarry. My heart is breaking so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
