But I need help. I'm not too good with crafts but I don't have anyone else to ask.

So how would I make the unicorn horn on favor bags ? I know I can trace it but I'm sure the horn on their isn't made of paper right 😳 and should I just draw on the lashes or print them out from somewhere? I'm so bad at this lol sorry if I'm asking dumb questions!!! I just don't want to waste money on buying bags already made
