but do it however you feel comfortable she will have alot of questions depending on her reaction so don't get difencive when she asks of in a nice way even if she reacts in a negative way be patient she just doesn't understand and you need to educate her on it I did that with my mum

dpends how old you are and if you are diagnosed or not. ask her to take you to a doctor cuz you think you have depression and anxiety.

I had very bad depression for 5 years and my step mom found out with in the first 2 years and I wish I would've reached out instead of her finding out how she did. Sit down talk to her about it.
