Itchy nipple

Hi I'm 6DPO and I was experiencing nipple itching all night I couldn't sleep at all last night I even took off myshirt and bra to make sure it wasn't that irritating my nipples but the problem still occurred! Can someone tell me what this could possibly mean! I'm also experiencing cramps and frequent urination and at night I get really hot
