Pink spotting on wiping but no pain just cramps?

Has anyone else ever had pink spotting on wiping and there normal cramps? I'm not in any pain just the usual uncomfortable feeling of stretching? I'm 6w3d. I went to a&e; last night and they have advised me to have a scan on Wednesday at the Early pregnancy Unit. I am now very paranoid as they've said it could be the start of a miscarriage but it's pink not red?! They then said its very common for women to still bleed or have pink discharge?! I'm so confused! 🙈

I had it between weeks 5 and 8. I had a scan at the early pregnancy unit at 7 weeks, baby was fine and they couldn't find any reason for the spotting but they said it could be because of there's a lot more blood flow around the cervix. I realised after a while that it was being aggravated whenever I vomited and that was the cause for me, the EPU midwife confirmed that it could have been the cause. I'm 14 weeks now and thankfully I haven't had any since week 8.

I had pink / light spotting at 5weeks and I didn't have any pain or cramps . Everyone told me it was probably just implantation but for me that wasn't so . It was barely anything at first it was sooo light pink that it was barely there and 4 days later the real blood started coming and I miscarried . Everyone is different though and I hope it's not the case for you !
