I had that 2 years ago. Is it on the right side behind your breast? I felt like I was dying i was in so much pain. I wasn't eating everything gave me heart burn and indigestion. Turns out I had gallstones. And right before my surgery to have my gallbladder removed I went to the ER because I couldn't take the pain. And low and behold, I was 8 weeks pregnant! They say gallbladder issues and pregnancy sometimes go hand in hand. So maybe have your doc check on that and get an ultra sound to see. Couldn't hurt! Good luck and feel better!

It could be extreme gas!! As I had that when pregnant but best to go to your doctor (yes you can gey gas so bad its in your chest,super painful)
