Stupid as in not relationship ending, not a "real" argument, etc

Our argument is over my wedding ring. First, I'm an incredibly sentimental person, ok? Ok. When my husband asked me to marry him his situation was a bit...different. He proposed with an O ring(lol, don't worry, it was brand new!), and then had a really neat ring made out of stainless steel. The stone obviously wasn't a diamond. Things got better, and so he wanted me to wear a replica of the original ring, this time made out of white gold and w/a diamond. That's all well and good. Really sweet. I adore my original rings. I haven't taken off either since I received them. They mean so much more to me than the pricier rings. He gave them to me when he had absolutely nothing to give. He keeps telling me to switch them, and I keep refusing. Lol
