None of the above. Last month I was a size 12 US and still at a healthy weight for a girl my age/height. I have lost weight since then and am now a size 9 US. But I didn't do it because I thought I was "fat", I'm doing it to be more healthy and feel even better about my physique.

Ummm...none of them. I'm a size 2-4US but I know some women that are tall and wear a size 12-14 that have banging bodies! 
If you're 4ft tall and wear a 12 than, maybe you're overweight. But this question is unanswerable as it stands

U can have different builds and carry weight differently. My friend is same height and weight as me yet we look completely different.
